- Exterior maintenance – routine maintenance of common elements. This includes caulking, painting, electrical and plumbing
- Interior maintenance – maintenance inside of unit. This includes maid service, carpet cleaning, painting and minor repairs
- Emergency services – mandatory in order to protect common and limited elements. Emergency services are required for items such as roof leaks, broken water pipes, plumbing problems, storm related damages, etc.
