Administrative Services

An all inclusive set of administrative services are offered to the community Associations. It is the intent of Paradise to relieve the Board of Directors and their subcommittees of as much mundane administrative clerical tasks as possible without overstepping limits of responsibility.

Services available with respect to owners/residents include:

  • Owner directory – includes names, addresses and telephone numbers
  • Notify and enforce Rules & regulations of the Association
  • Provide unit historical file for each owner
  • Assist and resolve individual owner problems
  • Notify and enforce Architectural Control process of the Association
  • Administrate transfer of ownership
  • Provide 24 – hour answering service

A state-of-the-art word processing system is used when communicating with others, Services available with respect to communications include:

  • Announcement letters from the Board of Directors
  • Subcommittee announcements
  • Quarterly newsletter
  • Special mailings as required

Paradise Properties, in the normal course of business will work in conjunction with the Association’s:

  • Certified Public Accountants
  • Insurance Agents
  • Bankers
  • Attorneys
  • Real Estate Brokers
  • Engineers
