Fred C. Wetzelberger, II is a graduate of Loyola College, Baltimore, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is the first Ocean City based property manager to earn the prestigious Certified Property Manager’s designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation for the Community Association Institute. He holds a Maryland and Delaware Real Estate Broker’s license and has been awarded the GRI designation by the Realtors Institute of Maryland.
Mr. Wetzelberger is responsible for the daily administration and financial operations of the firm. His areas of involvement include fiscal planning and management, development of policies and procedures, coordination of construction projects, marketing and staff services.
